Suppliers and Inspectors can choose to offer their customers read access to documents in Onix Work. If your supplier did not purchase or renew the license for this, you as their customer cannot log in. But just relax – your supplier still has your documents. Here is what you do:
- You simply need to contact your supplier and request them to send you your documents
- Or even better – get full access to both equipment and document data in Onix Work
